Calkain Companies Brokers $1.37MM NNN Lease Investment Sale

Transaction completes sale of portfolio of sale-leasebacks for client

 

Tampa, FL — Calkain Companies, a national real estate investment brokerage firm, has procured the sale of a triple net (NNN) lease investment property. The property, a Dairy Queen restaurant, is located in Courtland, VA.

Rick Fernandez, Calkain Realty Advisors', the private market division of Calkain Companies, Assistant Vice President, represented the seller in the transaction. "The sale of this NNN Dairy Queen is a strong indication that investors are finding good value in the healthy Mid-Atlantic region".
