i live in kansas city.mo i have lived here since 03 there is a 20ft rock wall in our back yard it runs through the whole subdivion above there is alot a brush and trees we all own property up there.the man that lives next door to me went up there and flatend his property with a bobcat and came over on my property not all the way ripped up some of my trees and wild ground cover last summer of 07.now i have magor water and mud propblems his backyard looks like a mud slide when it rains the water comes shooting out the rocks like a fire hose on his property into his back yard then it drains into my back yard down the side of the house down my terrace that is being washed away i have drains installed in the back yard ,it is helping but what should i do about the mud coming from his property and the water its still washing away my terrace.thank you jenifer
