DATELINE: CHESHIRE, CT… The “Safety In Prints” Kids event which was held at Richard Chevrolet in Cheshire last week was a terrific hit. More than 500 were in attendance over the two day event and parents/guardians were able to obtain free FBI quality fingerprinting of their children.

Safety In Prints Kids, otherwise known as SIP Kids, is a national child safety program that tours the country and provides parents/guardians with FBI quality digital fingerprints and photos of their children. Custom software captures a child’s fingerprints using digital inkless capture device. Parents/guardians were provided with an 8 ½ x 11” printout of their child’s prints alongside their child’s photo, which may be used anywhere in the world to aid in the event of an emergency situation.

The SIP Kids event included child safety seat inspections performed by the Cheshire Police and demonstrations from JC Karate, Valentin Karate, Dynamite Academy of Gymnastics and Miss Cindy’s School of Dance. Face painting, balloons and plenty of refreshments rounded out the event.

“SIP Kids is a renowned national organization that is committed to helping families. We’re glad to have the opportunity to work with them and give back to our community,” noted Jason Vianese of Richard Chevrolet.

According to Lytishya Borglum, National Director of SIP Kids, “The event at Richard Chevrolet went very well. We provided identification materials to help protect more than 300 children and we look forward to working with Richard Chevrolet again next year.”

By: jjs4you2 | 15-05-2008
You can't tell me this thing didn't start out as a Z06 Corvette! Looks like a science project that went really bad. From the aluminum chassis, close ratio 6 speed, over 7 liter V8, it also can be converted to run on E85 and It has an information center with telemetry. This all sounds like a GM product to me! Look at the front fenders, the area behind the doors and the wheel base looks pretty close to a Corvette. The stance is all Corvette too. Nice job by the designers creating a vehicle that we all can laugh at as It rolls down the road! They should get jobs with Jay Leno as his comedy car design team....wow!
