Riverhouse Names Hill Mullikin as Agency of Record

GREENVILLE, SC – Hill Mullikin has been retained to create and implement marketing and sales programs for RiverHouse, a new waterfront community in Georgetown, SC. As part of the community’s roll-out, Hill Mullikin will orchestrate marketing and advertising efforts aimed at generating qualified sales leads.

Developed by Turkey Creek Development, LLC., RiverHouse is a 233-acre gated community on Turkey Creek offering a return to front porch living. RiverHouse will feature a variety of resort-style amenities, including a crabbing and fishing dock and the River Kitchen, a gathering spot for residents by the water.
