GREENVILLE, SC – Hill Mullikin has been retained to create and implement marketing and sales programs for RiverHouse, a new waterfront community in Georgetown, SC. As part of the community’s roll-out, Hill Mullikin will orchestrate marketing and advertising efforts aimed at generating qualified sales leads.
Developed by Turkey Creek Development, LLC., RiverHouse is a 233-acre gated community on Turkey Creek offering a return to front porch living. RiverHouse will feature a variety of resort-style amenities, including a crabbing and fishing dock and the River Kitchen, a gathering spot for residents by the water.
Principal of Hill Mullikin Jami Mullikin says, “The value of RiverHouse is unbeatable. Affordable waterfront living doesn’t come along every day in Georgetown or anyplace else, so we feel confident RiverHouse will do well.”
Jason Luquire, President of Turkey Creek Development, LLC., is excited about working with the strategic marketing firm. “From the beginning, Hill Mullikin has understood our vision for RiverHouse—to create a family-oriented community and provide waterfront living at an affordable price. Now they’re helping us reach the right kind of buyers.”

Small Scale Affiliate Marketing
By: Shikina | 22-07-2008
I'm looking to establish a direct affiliate relationship between myself (the affiliate) and one specific retailer that I deal with regularly. They're not looking for any other affiliates other than myself, but I need this to be a software-based solution. Anybody know of any generic code out there that I could modify and pass off to the partner? Are there any other solutions that don't involve paying huge upfront costs, or a recurring commission to a 3rd party network? Your help is greatly appreciated!
