• Arby’s - Galax, VA
• Children of America - Stafford, VA
• Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lexington Park, MD
• Dairy Queen Portfolio - Virginia Beach, VA area

With a total sale price of roughly $15 million, the activity confirms that investors are active in the market and that property in the Mid-Atlantic region is in strong demand.“Even with a shakeup in the debt markets, we have seen healthy activity in the net lease investment sector.
