“Shreeji Engineering” was established in 1980 for Manufacturing Diesel Generator Sets and Machineries for Diamond Industries, having significant presence in this field.

Mr. Ashwin Patel is young and dynamic industrialist armed with qualification in Mechanical Engineering, who spent a few years with their family-owned Diamond Machinery and Diesel Generator Set Units and had obtained vast experience in manufacturing different Industrial Machineries, gradually diverted to the field of Plastic Machineries and Manufacturing & Exporting wide range of Extrusion Plants, Rope Making Machineries, Waste Recycling Plants and other related Plastic Processing Machineries etc.

Quality Control

The raw materials are selected from Standard and Graded materials for manufacturing the Parts and are passed through different operations like Grinding, Hardening and Electronic Balancing etc. and other Parts are processed in CNC Machines.

Each and every Part of the assembled Machineries are checked carefully and a trial run of which are carried out before each delivery.

Available in different Models according to required Production Capacity for Monofilament Yarn, PP/HDPE Flat Tapes for making Ropes, Fishing Nets, Mosquito Nets, Monofilament Tapes (Niwars ) etc.

=>  Bobbin Winder <=

Bobbin Winder is available in Multiple Stations within Individual Control System,f or proper winding of the Yarns and Tapes on the Bobbin from the Extrusion Lines and also  these Raw Materials purchased/collected from outside.

=>  Rope Making Machines <=

Rope Making Machines are available in 2,3 & 4 Strands in different Models for Rope dia. 1.5 mm To 48 mm.

Ropes can be made from Nylon, Monofilament yarn, PP/HDPE Flat Tapes, Cotton & Jute Yarns, Synthetic Yarns, Multifilament Yarns, Manila and Sisal etc. from the same Machine.

=>  Inflow Twisters <=

For Making Pre-Twisted Ply from the Raw Yarns / Flat Tapes etc. from Cones/Bobbins on outside Creel and the Final twisted product get winded inside the Machine as Cross Wound Package with or without core.   Available in 5000 To 100000 Deniers in different Models.

=>  Ply Yarn Twister <=

Available in  2 x 2 Packages and 3 x 3 Packages in different Models as per Customers requirements.

=>  Rope Coiling Machines <=

Aavailable in different Models for Rope dia. 2 mm To 48 mm in Automatic, Semi-Automatic and Manual Types for making Rope Coils for Packing.
