The one of the most important part of the security system is the security policy. It is a document what controls how to protect information in the company. If the organization has written security policies the employees know what do they have to do, what guidelines they have to follow, and how do they have to behave in each cases.
The most efficient protection against the threats is prevention and it starts with written security policies. It can be useful especially against the social engineering.
