You must first make the bond with them strong and you have to transform them as to being your loyal patrons. But after a time and continuous innovation with how you do your business, you will need to branch out and target other groups. This way, you will keep on growing as a company with a stronger clients’ base to support you as you last in the industry.

4.    Respond to every inquiry with promptness. It is already to your advantage that people have become interested in something that you offer. Grab the opportunity and answer to every question thrown your way immediately. Seize the opportunity to make sure that the person who is inquiring will be further interested to do other transactions with you.
