Hitting the road? Or looking for a simpler way to print? Try using an online printing service

It’s great to be able to pack up your laptop and take it with you where ever you go either on a business trip or a leisure trip.  But sometimes when you’re on the go you need to have a few documents printed and sent to your clients. What should you do in this situation? Don’t despair as there is a solution that you might not yet have considered. There are a host of printers who quote your job and you’re your order completely through an online based system. With online printing services you can still get the work done, even when you’re not in the office.

Online printing services are only just starting to be offered by a few printers.  All you have to do is visit their website, choose your product, quantity and other specifications, get your quote and upload your print files through the website then make your payment.  You provide all the details for delivery of the job and that’s it! Your order will be printed and delivered within a set timeframe.  You can even choose to have the printing delivered straight to the client, as some suppliers even offer unmarked packaging (so your clients won’t know where you had the job printed, or how much you paid). This is great for businesspeople who apply a service fee or mark-up to the printing services that they arrange for their clients.

Choosing the best online printing service can sometimes be difficult.  The most difficult thing to get past is the issue of trust and quality.  Many people are hesitant in this regard when considering using an online printing service. Things to look out for when deciding which company to choose for your online printing are guarantees, contact details (such as phone number and email), testimonials from other satisfied clients, promised delivery cost and turnaround time and a professionally designed and laid out website.  Find all these things and your are highly likely to receive an excellent product and service to match through your online printing order process.

Most online printing services will offer you a quote online, but if they don’t you should ask for one by calling into a customer service representative.  Most websites have contact information available.  This way there are no hidden fees that you are unaware of.  When you ask for a quote you can also find out if they provide low cost for small printing jobs and on big volumes they might offer a discount.  Remember when choosing a online printing company not to automatically choose the one with the lowest price, they might not be using the best quality of paper and ink and you might also find that their level of service is lacking.
