As a business, you always want to stay ahead of the competition and grab the attention of new clients. You will do anything for this purpose, from using attention-grabbing business cards, to full page ads on magazines and newspapers, even availing services for color postcard printing.

Gaining new people to come try you out is good. But you should remember that such marketing stunts must also be given to people who have already availed your products and services. You must think of ways to always get hold of them and never let them go.

Keep In Touch

The ads and promotions that you have done in the past may have lead them to you and made them check you out. You should treat such people as important as how your treat your prospective clients.

After they have brought your products or availed your services, you must make them remember you when they will need the same service in the future. It can be annoying at times for clients when advertisements are so obvious.

Here are some ways that you can do marketing without being upfront about your purpose:

2. Invite them to your every marketing ploy, but make their presence important to the occasion. Give them added incentives because they have already tried you out. Offer free upgrades or added products so that you can lure them to attend those events.

3. Call them every once in a while and ask is they are having any trouble with the products they have purchased from you. Offer free technical assistance and remind them that you are always there to provide them with such needs. All they have to do is call you or visit your shops.

4. Turn ordinary days into extraordinary. When you don’t have anything new going on or you are not offering special promos, create one. Make your customers look forward to such days.

To stay in business, you have to be innovative to attract potential customers and retain the old ones. May it be through color postcard printing, newspaper and TV ads, or promotional giveaways, your aim is to build up a clients’ list, add onto it and keep the rest.
