CMYK and the four color process

That is why there is a disparity between the colors that you see in your monitors during the design than what you see after printing. Full color printing is used in offset printing
Full color printing is one of the printing methods that use full color printing. A plate is used a guide for the printers and it passes through several ink rollers in order to create the color that you want. The ink is imprinted one by one to achieve the desired hue.
While this process may seem to take along time to complete, in reality, it is exactly the opposite. Offset printers can produce prints at very high impression speeds. Full color printing is used in digital printing
Digital printing also makes use of full color printing although in a different way. Most digital printers today are ink jet printers. This means that rather than stamping inks in your prints, they spray it on top of the substrate.
This type of printing employs a direct to printer approach when printing and that what makes them the top choice if you want your prints done in short run or if you have a small amount of orders.
Black and rich black
It is important to note that there are two types of black when you print in CMYK. The two types of black are rich black and normal black. these two types of black have different uses. Normal black is composed of 100% black and 0% magenta, 0% yellow, 0% cyan. This type of black is used mainly for small prints and normal size materials. Rich black on the other hand is used for large format prints. it is composed of 100% black and 40% magenta, 40% yellow, 40% cyan. The extra percentages of the other inks will make sure that your black color remains black instead of turning grayish black when you print in large formats.
