I am handsome for I exercise my body
&
I am Smart for I exercise my brain
Your brain is just like a Computer Hard Disk. It can store numerous data and help you relocate/recollect the data you require at a particular moment.
The only difference is that the storage capacity of your brain is limitless.
Your Formula for Brain Management-
My storage capacity X Space
What is Brain Management?
Brain Management is very similar to the management of Data in your computer’s hard disk.
You just need to make Imaginary Partitions in your brain, just like you make in your computer’s hard disk, for an immaculate and instant memory system. Now, just try to understand how it works.
The mechanism of our brain is broadly divided into two categories:
1. Unconscious Memorizing:
In our day to day life we come across countless creatures, writings or things around us and we store them in our brain unconsciously. We learn their names, identity or purpose but never bother to save them in our brain.
Example: The ice-cream vendor on the road for the brand or the commodity he is selling,
the billboards around, which tell us about the product or services being displayed, the trees and plants running on the side of tracks, the stray dogs or cattle etcetera.
2. Conscious Memorizing:
This category includes all the activities which need us to concentrate. Example: Preparation for an examination, filling up of a form, locating a place, reaction to the traffic signals, writing a letter or a greeting for a beloved, selecting a gift for our loved ones, crossing a bridge, driving a vehicle etcetera. Now if we want to make optimum use of our brain, we need to make a sincere effort to concentrate for every activity of ours and find a purpose behind every action.
For instance when someone tells us his/her address or phone number, instead of using the crutches like a writing sheet, digital diary, mobile phone book; we need to listen to the number with the similar concentration or devotion the way we learn important historical dates, prior to our history examination. We need to send a signal to our mind to save it with the person’s name.
Brain without partitions/sections
We normally store ‘n’ number of things in our brain unconsciously, without providing a specific location as per the characteristic of data.

Now whenever we need to recollect any specific data, our brain starts scanning the entire stored data which has not been categorised. Generally brain takes more time to send us the required file on time; for it has to search a plethora of records, kept in a jumbled way.
Example: Just imagine yourself in a giant library, searching for your favourite Harry Potter’s title out of a stack of few million books, that too of different categories (Fiction, Non-fiction, biographies, encyclopaedias, drama etcetera)
Remember: For instance, when you scan/scratch your brain to tell your friend the name of a singer you saw on last night’s chat show. But after trying your level best you fail to recall at that very moment and later at night on the same day while preparing your bed for sleep, you are able to recall the correct/desired name. This is a similar situation when you try to search for a file in a computer hard disk without any partition.
Create Sub-sections
Make sub-sections in your brain just like you do in your computer’s hard disk: While making Imaginary Partitions, just send a signal to your brain to store a contact number and address, supposing Disk A: named CONTACTS. Now make a folder with the name of the contact person, for instance SAMEER and then save the file containing Sameer’s phone number and address.
Similarly you can make ‘n’ number of sections and sub-sections to feed myriad data in your brain. And the very moment you need to recollect any specific data, your brain could easily scan the entire stored data and make available the desired data with its name and location in your brain.
*Above all, to leave an eternal imprint on your mind’s canvas, by sharing your knowledge with fellow beings.

About the Author:
Let me start this crisp but informative Profile of mine, by telling you that my parents named me Sumit Sharma to provide me a unique identity among oodles of Homo sapiens. I cradled on this beautiful planet on 28th day of September in the year 1977 in a small town named Kashipur, in the picturesque state of Uttaranchal; when democracy in our nation witnessed the worst blow in the form of Emergency. My father Mr. V.K. Sharma, a retired Deputy General Manager from Sugar Industry sent me to Army School for schooling, situated in a Depot area Hempur in Nainital district. Under the worthy tutelage of my revered teachers, I completed my 10+2 in Science stream from the Central Board of Secondary Education in the same year when the Lankan Lions over sprinted the Australian Kangaroos, to lift the cricket World Cup. My metamorphosis from a teenager to a sensible adult, who could acquire a driving license made me pursue my Graduation in Commerce stream from the D.S.B. Campus, Nainital. The serenity and the charm of the lush green surroundings of Nainital, planted the literary sapling in my heart and I started expressing my emotions in the form of poems, short stories & articles in Black & White. Since the year 2000 Anno Domini, I am serving mankind as a Pedagogue. After spending the most challenging years of my life in Pedagogy, I found my soul’s appetite hungry for job satisfaction. I could not accept present education system as my purpose to live, destined by the Omnipresent. Thanks to an extremely confusing Education system, where every thing seems to be at sixes & sevens. A system: where the Patrons & Mentors of Ethics & Morals are themselves a Paradigm of Ethical Destitute. Where a Learner needs to arrange an amount (fee), which could bring him all the comforts in life, he/she desires for. Then, why shall one desire to learn, when all the institutions of learning are advocating acquisition of materialistic wealth! Do the Mentors/Patrons/Guardians really understand the purpose of education & prosperity? As a result, we are on a 'Baseless Mission' producing ‘n’ number of Engineers, Doctors, MBAs, Journalists etcetera, who can hardly stand each other's presence in the society. Absurdly abusing each other on roads without ever giving a second thought/speaking sarcastically for the system/beating or molesting the Dependent Population/criticizing or making fun of every peer or human being around for one’s funny accent/pronunciation, dressing sense etcetera are one of the favourite activities of present Indians. Eventually, I gave up the idea of serving these, Conventional Cells of Education. I started weaving my dreams on paper and the ink of creativity kept on sketching lovely pictures on the canvas of my life. It's tough to believe but its true & the biggest one of my life, that today I'm running my own academy. I've named it INNOVATIVE IMPRESSIONS VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, affiliated to the University of Love & brotherhood. This Inspiring Academy is a solemn testimony to my life’s ideology and mission. The entire focus of my tailor made curriculum and pedagogical inputs, is to explore the subdued talent of India’s Promising Professionals. The aspirants shall be duly polished as per their intrinsic skills to attain successful positions in myriad walks of life, leaving Glittering Impressions of their Motivating Personas for the generations to follow. I know it very well that my tiny academy stands nowhere to all the other big Seminaries in terms of Infrastructure but my ideology & mission run many miles ahead of these. This challenging period made me explore the opportunities available in a Metropolitan City to display my writing skills as a Freelancer. My Job Profile requires me to write Web content for, Articles focusing the key words for Search engine optimization, matter for Flyers & Brochures, Articles, Books, Directors & Company Profile and even catchy one liner for their ad through mails. At the same time I keep on writing awakening articles for the very mission of my life, to bring about a radical change in the existing education system. And I consider your web portal an excellent platform for my expressions.
