Emotional Freedom Techniques (Eft) For Living A Fulfilling Life

You might be wondering what this Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) thing really is?

In it's simplest form, EFT is an energy balancing technique for emotional problems. EFT is similar to acupuncture but does not use needles. Instead it uses a tapping sequence on various meridians.

EFT was created by Gary Craig, a Stanford educated Engineer, after he learned another technique promising rapid and continued relief from emotional issues. Unfortunately, he found that technique was to complex and extremely difficult to learn and remember.

Taking the pitfalls of this technique, he proceeded to create Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and made it easy to remember and use.

Although EFT is easy to learn, it is more difficult to master completely. This is because there are often multiple aspects to a condition. Once the initial presenting problem is relieved, more than often, a series of secondary problems start to emerge.

When this occurs, a lot of people simply think that the EFT did not work and give up.

Like most things worth doing in life, persistence is the key to ultimate success with EFT, no matter what issues you are tackling.

Initially, EFT was used for the more obvious emotional illnesses and inflictions such as depression, fear, anxiety and addiction.

Now though, EFT is used for just about everything. EFT and The Law of Attraction (LOA) are a perfect match. By using EFT, you can rid the negative thoughts that are standing in your way of success. Once these negative thoughts and feelings are clear, you are then free to replace them using EFT with new and more precise future outcomes.

In order for LOA to work, you must raise your vibrational energies. This only occurs once your negative energies are removed.

A lot of people think that when using EFT you are focusing on the negative and so therefore you will become more negative. Actually, the reverse is true. The outcome is relief from the negativity and this produces a positive energy flow.

Although Gary Craig has provided a wonderful series of training videos, they are quite expensive for the entire series and take over 12 hours to watch and learn from.

I would like you introduce you to a video training program that is only 90 minutes long and will take you from absolute beginner to consummate therapist.

Rapport isn't something that happens exclusively in hypnosis; every time you come into conversational contact with someone, rapport is established on some level. The type of rapport you develop with subjects is the key to conducting successful conversational hypnosis.
