Everything that bothers us in our life can cause stress. Someone, for example, can feel stress doing some hard and long-term work like writing an essay or doing the house. Probably you do it not every day, but when you bother with it can cause stress. Sometimes we can feel stress during the meeting with somebody who is very important to your life or to you work. When we try to do something in order to impress or to influence we can be under the stress. But if we want to impress someone sometimes we are to make changes in our life: wearing style, eating preferences. Probably such measures causing stress come from communication as Heidegger stayed, but it is not so every time.
But nevertheless, when we are going to do something we are to prepare and it requires some communication, so it is very important to communicate in order to be aware but we should know that such communication could be stressful for you.
One more important thing which was pointed by Heidegger is that stress is a variety of alienation. If we turn to Marx’s works we can see that he said that work is a variety of alienation and stress is an exit from what is important in life that is why in any way we are aliens from our life. Persons who try to make more incomes to the family due to its work often feel stress and become alien not only for the society, but as well for the family.
Also we can observe the cases of alienation when one person is scared of other person; it causes stress and alienation as well. The scared person does not want to visit public places in order not to meet someone, and it creates a kind of crack in life. More other factors can influence the alienation and stress so we should be aware of some of them.
It goes without saying that Heidegger proposed some fresh and interesting ideas as for the issues of stress streaming. There are many persons on the world and many problems and factors which can cause stress. Without any doubt we can say that our family, work and friend can the main reasons for stress, but at the same time only they can help to get through such stress situation and to enjoy the life.
