Using Karvezide 300 mg (Irbersartan Hydrocholorothiazide ) and Zanadip ( Lercandipine) 10 mg daily for more than two yeras. The BP is not fully controlled range 155/78 mm.   Does this combination affect kidney or are there any long term effects? I am doing everything possible excesise food nutrional. Almost perfect DASH diet. Suuplement CQ10 100 mg, Fish oil 4g, Hawthorn Viit C and other antioxidants Weight reduced and BMI < 25.   Thnaks - Cyberpilgrim

I keep getting adrenal surges (that's the best way I can describe how they feel) that go to my chest and cause me to have chest pain, what could this be and the other night I felt this shock-like pain go straight to my heart could this be neck or back pain related?
