Please help me. My colleagues ridiculed me. They disclosed my feelings about a male former colleague of mine-who's left the job months ago- and made overtly fun of them. As if I was unworthy even of laying eyes on him. But I'm in love with him and consider this sacred. A subject nobody had the right to broach. I'm depressive for quite a few years and I have many issues to resolve which cause me to suffocate. I'm already burdened and I didn't need this. Could someone tell me how to deal with it? Thank you for seeing after me.
Help me, please?

I am 17. I really really like this guy, and we're together, and i love him. He always has to be busy. always. and fine what ever i got over that. he goes to work. and comes home and then he sits down to do whatever he wants. but he doesn't want to talk to me. he hates the phone. and he'd rather not talk at all to me for the day than talk on the phone. So whatever fine, i'll give him space. but the problem is, i think, alot. and i want to focus on my life but i always let little things like this take over my whole day. and ican't focus and i don't get anything done, and i keep messing my life up by thinking about other minor problems. i really want to fix this.

Let's assume that those pupils who cram rather than learn (with understanding) do it because it's the easier option of the two for them; that is, they are just following the path of least resistance. If this assumption is correct, then how could possibly cramming be easier for one's mind than learning (with understanding)? What makes it easier? What does psychology have to say about that?
