Before we look at the ways of how we can quit smoking ,let's look at the factors that affect smoking addictions:
Smoking is a habit that is acquired not only by a psychological dependence but also and above all ,as a physical dependence ,when we smoke in our bodies we are introducing a number of substances which in some ways causing a sensation in our body which is more or less enjoyable but only for a short period of time .With long term use ,this will not only turn into a complete dependence ,but can also kill you.
Thankfully ,unlike addictive drugs ,smoking is much more easier get rid of Effects of smoking:

The effects of cigarettes are more that are not proven and positive. Each year there are four million deaths from diseases associated with the consumption of cigarettes, according to estimates by the World Health Organization.

In the USA the effects of cigarettes also charged their victims. Each day about 150 people die from effects of cigarettes.

It is well known that cigarettes causes lung cancer: approximately 90% of cases of this disease relate to cigarettes.
What else happens in the body from smoking?
Here is a summary of some of the effects of cigarettes most common:

1. Less oxygen to the organs
2. Blood vessels are damaged
3.It paralyzes the respiratory cilia
4. Ulcers
5.It damages the eyes
6. It makes you grow old
7. Fertility problems
8. Impotence
9. Adversely affects the health of children
Here are a few ways to help you get rid of your smoking addiction.
1.Decision: No smoking from today. Possible syndrome of the absence of nicotine (nervousness, anxiety, thirst, irritation, general malaise ...)
2. Put posters with the message in your work at your desk, at home, put notices ... Discuss the people (family, colleagues ...)
3.Do not buy cigarrettes. Or hide the strips you have. Do not carry a cigarrette ,or keep it close at hand.
4.Do not ask, do not accept, do not offer.
5. Concentrate to start the day thinking and not smoking continuosly throughout the day, think about what the positive and negative effects of smoking and not smoking are.
6.Remove ashtrays. This is the same with matches and lighters.
7. Well-ventilated room.
8.Wash curtains, sheets, clothing, upholstery. (Paint the walls)
9.Think, do things calmly, slowly, with a predetermined plan. Find time for relaxation.
10.Make exercise. Breathing exercises. Relaxation techniques.
11.Social Support: Your family members and/or friends can help you through this 12.Self support: Talk to yourselves that you are able to do this.
