Your doctor or smoking cessation clinic is the best place to go for help in putting together a program that fits your mind, body, and lifestyle.

MYTH - It is expensive to quit smoking.
FACT - Smoking is expensive!! A pack-a-day smoker spends about $1,000 per year. If you can afford to smoke, you can afford to quit.
