Obesity Is More Dangerous Than Smoking

Obesity is more dangerous than smoking, and will dramatically shorten the lives of millions a Landmark study has found. While smoking reduces your life by an average of 10 years, the research says being seriously overweight can cut life expectancy by as much as up to 15 years!. 10 years ago I went to a diet specialist doctor. I was overweight and hated myself, had lost confidence, and was depressed. The doctor assessed me, asking questions about my lifestyle, including drinking and smoking habits. I told him I was smoking 3 packets a day, at least 2 drinks a day and more on social occasions.

He suggested to me that I tackle one problem at a time. The first, and most dangerous problem in his opinion, was the weight problem - not the smoking! Coming from a doctor, this surprised me greatly! Remember this was 10 years ago! I was not obese - weighing in at 65kgs and 5' 2". I knew nothing about nutritian. It was a big learning curve I had to go through. I lost the weight over a long period of time, and a lot of hard work. It was all about not being educated on how to lose the weight. In those days, I did not have the internet - how much simplier would it have been, and less costly in the long run, if I had. Let me explain!

Recently I came across an ebook superstore that changed my life! I know you hear that a lot, but I'm serious. If I had this ebook years ago, I'd have saved, god knows how much blood, sweat and tears. The ebook superstore is cbdeluxe. I found this a while ago, and it has a wealth of information on it! I passed this information on to many of the guys at work, who were all going through midlife crisis! All decided they wanted to lose weight, and asked my advise. They consider I am the "guru" as I have stayed nice and slim and healthy for years. I decided to go to the ebook superstore to see what I could find out in the way of new info on diets for them.

Boy, did I hit pay dirt! I came across a site that could help them all, and do it quickly. Promising they could lose 9lbs every 11 days, it was the perfect kick start, and the results they needed to keep them motivated. This promised to be "idiot" proof - sounding perfect for my "guys". They all went to the site, and were suitably impressed. It suggested them to stop using Low Carb diets - they make you miserable. Stop using Low Calorie diets - because you end up starving yourself. Stop using Low Fat diets - People are still getting fatter than ever by doing this. They all tried this new accelerated Fat Burning Diet, and the results have been amazing!

I watched over the years, all of them at one stage or another, try and fail miserably at their attempts. The fact they all tried to do it at the same time, gave me the opportunity to jump in and help head them in the right direction. Now I,m not trying to save the planet from obesity - I'm not that driven. Finding that site on the ebooksuperstore cbdeluxe was what got them going, and seeing the results kept them motivated. When their weight is under control, and has been stabilized for some time, we will then start on their next problem - the smoking! As all doctors suggest 2 glasses of wine a day is ok and good for you - just stick to the 2!
