Smoking is an addiction that is fast catching on with the women. Not only smoking, drinking is also getting popular amongst the women. Due to the various circumstances and changing ways of life women are getting magnetically attracted towards these addictions. Incidentally the rate of smoking among the poverty stricken women was always on a higher side. Tobacco and drinking proved to be the perfect measure to defeat hunger and gain strength to combat the forces that make their lives miserable. As for those women who are fortunate enough and belong to the affluent sections of the society, the rate of smoking among them experienced a recent hike. In the developed countries the rate of smoking women is constantly rising which is proving to be a major issue of concern. Unfortunately for the women it has been proved that any form of addiction proves to be much more harmful on the women as compared to the men.
The increase in the rate of smoking among the women also means that danger is spelled for the newborns. Smoking is responsible for 3/4ths of the cancers and if this is not enough, most of the cancer deaths are also due to smoking. Talking about women and smoking, this addiction seems to have a thing for the organs that are exclusive to the women! Confused? Well, the cancers of breasts and ovaries are not found to be caused by smoking. They have got other causes ascribed to them. Nevertheless, this should not be taken as a brownie for smoking. This is an addiction that should be kept at bay at all costs. Smoking is responsible for much of the complications and troubles to both the mother and the child at the time of delivery. In addition smoking is also the culprit for still born babies and deaths of the mothers at the time of delivery. These complications and mishaps occur not only when the mother is a smoker but also when the father is addicted to smoking. Apart from this, in case the parents do not give up smoking, the infant will also become victim to the bane of passive smoking and it has also been proved that passive smoking is much more dangerous than active smoking.
The good part about smoking is that, the ill effects augured by smoking ceases as soon as you quit smoking. Though this line seems very clichéd and you must have heard it ‘N’ number of times but it is 100% true that it is never too late to give up the addiction of smoking. The results of giving up this fatal addiction will start showing as soon as you give up smoking completely. The difficult task of giving up this addiction has been comparatively made easier by the invention of chantix. Chantix is a quit smoking drug and you can buy chantix online from a reputed online pharmacy. However, there lies a small mandatory step that needs to be fulfilled. In case you know something about chantix you will be aware of the chantix side-effects also. These side effects make the chantix prescription a necessity. It is also not sure whether women can have chantix for quitting smoke especially when she is pregnant. The bottom-line however is that the prescription is not subject to the gender. Anyone who wishes to buy chantix has to produce the prescription.
