Some are like new; others are going to need a lot of work before they will be a home you would be proud of. While you may be able to get a great deal on a home that needs a lot of tender loving care, are you really willing to do the work? If you would hire someone to do it, how much would that cost? The deal may not be as good in the end when these things are taken into consideration.
