These properties are normally offered to receive rental income and to profit from future appreciation. The commercial residential properties, covers buildings and apartments with more than 5 units. It will also cover warehouse, store etc. To avail of this loan facility, an investor needs to qualify with a certain criteria. Before allotting the loan, your credit history would be checked; your incomes and reserves would also be considered.

Before approving a loan, you need to refer to the final value, interest rate, and principal amount and the modes and terms of payments. There are various categories of loans like the short and long term and interim loans. You can apply for any of these loans. Investors who take loans for rental property would benefit. They pay the monthly installment through the rent amount. However, for the commercial residential loan, you need to shell out the installment amount from your pocket. Though there are various ways to obtain loans, it is not always guaranteed to get one. Every loan has its limitation and rules. You need to qualify with some criteria laid down by the banks or other financial institutes.

If you find it difficult to obtain a loan from banks, you always have the option to borrow money from individuals, who do not really have much rules and regulation, apart from you to manage resources and pay the monthly installment regularly. Investors with a bad credit score can approach such individuals and take the advantage of this facility to borrow the money. To make the most out of investment, especially if you are a beginner, you can opt for residential loan and buy property that could be rented. This way you have the assurance to pay the monthly installment with the help of rent. This way you can invest as well as earn.
