It has a sailing school, mini golf, beach volley, beach club, fitness centre, spa, shopping mall, clinic, shops, duty free shop, helicopter and fuel station. This marina also holds the Second Hand Yacht Fair every year.
The quality of the residential area is higher than majority of the other sections in Bodrum, however Bodrum has properties for every budget. The property prices vary from £25,000 to £200,000 for flats and the prices are between £40,000 and £1,500,000 for detached villas. Yalikavak has a large number of developers building in the area, and local developers offer competitive prices.
