Bulgaria’s financial and real estate specialists are still optimistic about the future of Bulgaria’s real estate sector despite the widespread credit crunch and growing consumption costs. This was one of the main opinions stated at BalREC, the press conference that was held as part of the Balkan Real Estate Conference that took place in Sofia in the middle of April.
It was stressed that real estate investors are very likely to compromise high profits if the high quality of real estate projects is guaranteed. According to experts, this is confirmed by the growing interest in some of Sofia’s most ambitious residential projects.
