So, you have lived in the same house for twenty-five years. It has always been a cozy home with a warm ambiance. The children have gone their own ways and now it’s only you and your wife. You have been talking about buying a new house or unit; downsizing they call it – but your home has only three bedrooms and is very modest by comparison to many. Besides you like the area and what about your friends?

Finding your new home, whether it’s a unit or a two bedroom home with back and front yard is not as complicated as when you bought your first home. Things really have changed. You will find that searching property online is one of the best ways to find exactly what you want. Firstly, you don’t have to be at the mercy of a real estate salesperson who keeps badgering you about the houses they may have shown you through. Secondly, you can do it at home in comfort sittings in your pajamas with a steaming cup of coffee at your side.

Online real estate has changed the way most people buy their new homes and there may come a day when we not only search online, but also put in an offer after doing so. After searching online OzFreeOnline.com which I can recommend as being precise and with the best online property listings all round. All you need to do is register as a member free, and then begin your search. This site are truly experts in real estate and have homes for sale, units to buy or lease and commercial properties right across Australia.

This is your first option. The other is renovation. Perhaps you could turn one of the bedrooms into a study/library. What a wonderful place to have a couple of big leather chairs and spend some quiet times reading your favorite books, or browsing travel catalogues, while you plan your next trip to Paris or the Caribbean islands. Perhaps you have always wanted to build an electric train set. Well now that you have the opportunity, why not think about it.
