Are you looking to buy or sell Cyprus property? It's your choice, but if you are looking to buy then you will be surprised at how far your investment could stretch. Property on the Island is almost being given away and there are some surprisingly affordable prices being asked, especially by developers. Buy sell Cyprus property off plan could surprise you even more as prices are at a virtual giveaway. Arm yourself with some geography maps, Cyprus is quite a small island but the areas are very diverse, are you looking for a mountain retreat where it is a few degrees cooler during the summer months or a costal property?
Are you looking to invest in a property because you would like to be living in Cyprus or just because you would like a holiday home? Well, Cyprus has many types of property from small studios to luxurious villas. Obviously the amount of your investment will dictate the kind of property you could afford but prices are cheap so that money you have to invest could stretch quite a long way.
Cyprus has so much to offer: sunshine, glorious beaches, stunning scenery, history and not forgetting cheap property. Once you have had a taste of what the island has to offer you will not want to leave, it is called the Island of love, and fall in love with it, you certainly will. There are two mountain ranges on the Island, Troodos and Kyrenia Hills, both of which are beautiful all year round; you can even ski during the winter months. Did you know that there are over 50 blue flag beaches on the island?
Whether you buy or sell Cyprus property you cannot go wrong as prices are very favourable at this moment in time but they have been predicted to rise very soon as more and more investors are realising its worth. Property is being snapped up fast so you had better hurry if you don't want to miss out on these great bargains.
Flights are cheap as more airlines are flying to the Island and they are all trying to be the most competitive, so getting here will not be a problem, flights are only four and a half hours from London. You can fly to either of the two airports, Paphos or Larnaca depending where our property is located and if your property is in the Limassol area, both airports are equidistant from there.
If you are not too familiar with the geography, maps of Cyprus will help you understand the terrain, which can be unpredictable in places. This makes for enormous fun if you are into off road driving or quad biking.
There are many estate agents that buy and sell Cyprus property so the choice is phenomenal, and with the weather on the Island you will have a fun time choosing your property.
As previously stated, it is an investors market whether you buy or sell Cyprus property, but it won't stay this way for long as prices are starting to creep up. Why not book a cheap flight and come and look for yourself, you will be amazed at the value on offer.
