Cyprus Property For Sale in Paphos is Great

Cyprus property for sale is still well priced compared to some other hotspots in EU such as France and Spain. A holiday villa in Paphos, Cyprus is in a very good location as you can have the best of the island, charming sleepy villages and also the nightlife and convenience of a large town. A Cyprus country map will show you that the coastline stretches from Petra Tou Romiou, Aphrodites Rock where according to legend the Goddess was born out of the sea to the East of the region running round to the West through Kato Paphos and the beach-side hotels and apartments, round to Coral Bay and on up to the Akamas region and the more remote beaches and turtle nesting reserves.

A holiday villa in Paphos, Cyprus can be in located in one of the villages in the hills which are above the humidity line and benefit from a fresh breeze, which is welcomed in the hot summer months, it is however worth keeping in mind for those who are looking to relocate permanently or to spend the winter in these areas that Cyprus property for sale will benefit from central heating as it does get chilly in the evenings when it gets dark. As you get closer to the coast you will notice on the Cyprus country map that the hills are less steep and there are acres of banana plantations and finally coming to the seafront and the hotels and apartment blocks.

Cyprus property for sale in the tourist areas is often sought after as more and more travellers prefer to make up their own packages, enjoying the freedom of a self-catering holiday to the more regimented hotel stay. In fact I am willing to bet that not much actual self-catering takes place - apart from a decent cup of tea as the restaurant facilities are fantastic, from all day breakfasts and pie and chips through to a la carte dining at 6 star hotels - the choice is yours and no washing up!! A holiday villa in Paphos Cyprus will attract premium rates in the summer season, due to its location and the weather guaranteeing sunshine from April to the end of October and mild winters.

Most Cyprus country maps will point out the many historic sites as the area is rich in history, the entire town of Paphos features on the UNESCO World Heritage list of cultural and national treasures and there are spectacular Roman mosaics. The fishing harbour and adjacent Fort are the main centre in Kato Paphos, with many restaurants, bars and water-sports businesses. For the more energetic is the Tomb of the Kings road where larger bars and nightclubs are situated and Cyprus property for sale in the 'Universal' area is a good investment for those who enjoy the nightlife and want holiday rentals.

Cyprus property for sale for permanent relocation or laid back breaks in a holiday villa in Paphos Cyprus up in the hills, right through to an apartment in the centre of town so you can walk home after a great night out - you pays your money and takes your choice!!
