FIND FORECLOSURE RECORDS AND FORECLOSURES

 

    In order to find foreclosures to buy and resell for a profit, there is certain information
that you must have that is critical. This article will tell you how and where to secure this information.

    There are two different offices in which to find this information and they are county ascessors
office and the county recorders office.They are usually found in the county courthouse.The information you will need
to find the proper foreclosures for your particular purpose is as follows:

     * what is the property
     * where is the property
     * who owns the property
     * what is the owners address and phone number
     * who financed the property
     * how much is owed on the property
     * are there any leins or judgements against this property

   This information will be found in the two offices mentioned above and is acessable to all and is a matter
of public record to all who know where to find it.

   The first office is the county ascessors office and there you will such information as:

     * the property size
     * the property location
     * the legal description of the property
     * the value of the property
     * the now owner of the property
     * the origional owner if different from the present owner
     * the contact information of the owner(s)
     * any improvements that have been done to the property
     * any leins or judgements against this property
     * what (if any) transfers that have been associated with this property
     * possibly a picture of this property

   The other office mentioned is the county recorders office. There you will find all the above information plus
some more technical information such as:

     * mortgagee and mortgager files
     * the comparable value of the property and the surrounding properties
     * plat maps of the property includeing:
             
                 * size of property
                 * location and legal description of the property
                 * parcel numbers of the property
