3. Going with the current trend 

There’s nothing wrong with being an avid subscriber of home improvement magazines. These glossies offer a trove of helpful advice for homeowners. Therein lies a collection of the “in” interior design, current must-haves for homeowners and even the latest trend in home design. The problem starts when you are always keen on keeping up with the latest trend. It’s not named trend for nothing. While there are styles that can stand the test of time, there are those that only have years, even months, to live or at least until something fresher is introduced. 

4. Going solo 

If you’re itching to grab that hammer and nail away to a new and improved home, think first whether you have enough experience in your planned endeavor; you could do more harm than good. Once you think the project for your Miami Beach real estate property is too big for you, hire a professional instead.
