However, you shouldn't have high hopes, unless you have properly conducted the open house.

Set the Date and Time

You have to know the exact date and time of this event. This can be conducted at any time and day. However, in setting this, you need to consider the availability of you market. Most people are at work during weekends and Saturdays could be an extension of the working days. Therefore, you may want to consider conducting it during Sundays.

Setting up the date would also help your family and other members of the household are prepared. You do not want them to be disrupted from their personal activities. Picking out a date would give them a heads up for the event for their cooperation is very much needed.

No one would come to the open house unless the news has been disseminated properly. You may want to make use of all communication media to advertise the sale. Set Ground Rules
