Gurgaon properties have emerged as a favored residential destination from all over as it has all the characteristics to be a dream destination for home. Greenery, tranquility, spaciousness are accompanied by availability of modern facilities and amenities ranging from sprawling shopping malls and recreational centers to state of the art Hospitals.

The real estate market in Gurgaon had been growing at a crazy pace ever since MNCs decided to set up office and the pace hadn't slowed down, that is until now. According to Gurgaon real estate builders ready-to-move in residential apartment is still considerably hot, a lot of people now want to opt out of some under-construction projects.

The high-end luxury apartments market which had seen a sudden spurt, experts are now of the opinion that, investors buying luxury apartments in Gurgaon has considerably gone down over the last couple of years. Projects in this category that used to sell within a few weeks of launching are now seeing tough times. In fact, a number of residential apartments, which are ready for possession, have vacant units waiting for buyers. There is a gross under supply in the mid-market segment. The only supply in this category is on Sohna Road. But, that's an area where no one wants to go. It is much cheaper to rent an apartment, instead, in central Gurgaon.

Moreover, quality of life in the privately managed residential apartments/estates in Gurgaon remains relatively good due to high standards of security, private parking, common area maintenance and sanitation being the norm. Although, the city suffers power cuts of 10-15 hours a day Gurgaon Properties remain much sought-after. However, property rates are stabilizing in the city with so many real estate developers in Gurgaon coming up with new projects with every passing day.
