Investment Opportunities

1. Invest in a Resort Suite or Resort Cabana.

The property will be maintained by an on site maintenance and property management company. The first two years, the owner will receive a 10% return, thereafter it increases to a 50% share of the room rate. The owner also receives 30 days free usage of the property per year.

2. Purchase your own Private Suite or Cabana.

This choice is ideal for someone who wants to live in Barbados. The units either come furnished or unfurnished and the owners have full use of the hotel facilities.

3. Purchase your own plot of land to develop your own cliff top villa.

Design your own luxury villa on one of the 14 private cliff top settings available. The owner will work with our resorts architects to create an exclusive, custom villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

The completion dates for Merricks Beach Resort & Residence is late 2008 and onwards.
