Since 1999 Tyron C. McDaniel has been deeply involved in the business of real estate. Tyron's first real estate development was quite an ambitious project that involved the development, design and construction of 14 semi custom luxury Victorian patio homes priced from $259,000 to $339,000. This project served as a HUGE learning experience with Tyron building 2 of the proposed 14 units and selling the remaining lots he owned.
There were numerous lessons to be learned and it is from this and the subsequent experiences that Tyron has garnered over the last 8 years that provides a backdrop for Tyron's teachings and writings.
