Parmdeep Vadesha has been described as the bargain property wizard of UK after having introduced 60,000 investors to proven techniques to find distressed sellers of cheap properties. In addition to this, he is also the administrator of the Property Tycoons community.

This Property Tycoons community is the largest community of property investors who buy below market value properties. This community is mainly for investors who are interested in buying cheap bargain properties. With over 1,500 members of all age groups and skills, this community is most successful amongst all other such property investment community.

In this forum, there are list of members to solve queries and problems of members of the forum. There is Member satisfaction manger, Member feedback and queries manager, Newsletter editor, newsletter content administrator, member of the month audio interviewer, forum-training supervisor and free downloads, blogs and other feature manager. All these members are highly experienced investors who manage the forum and Property Tycoons community.

You can create your own profile, you can upload picture of yourself if you want to and customize settings of forum to maximize your benefits. Once you have created your profile and joined the forum then you will be able see three main section of forum; first the member list where all member are listed, then calendar to keep an eye on upcoming events and thirdly the most important part where you will be able to check new discussions everyday.

Parmdeep Vadesha will then interview the winner on the phone for 1 hour, if he or she is happy with it is recorded, then other members can hear an interview afterwards. £1,000 each month will be donated to the charitable organization nominated by the winner of the member of month.
