Click Farming Expired Listings to learn how to average 1 or more listings a week and Real Estate Marketing Talk to purchase prewritten lead generating real estate letters.
Real estate letters are effective lead generators, whether you're farming expired listings, fsbos, renters, step up home buyers, etc. By using them you can establish a consistent low stress routine that can groundswell into an effective lead generating process.
It's something that most agents know is a good thing to do, but few do it; and even fewer do it consistently over a long period of time. But that's where you come in, because with prewritten real estate letters it's almost effortless to establish a routine that can morph into a lead generating system like no other. Below are five reasons to consider them.
One. With prewritten real estate letters you can use your time more effectively by showing listings and going out on listing appointments, rather than sitting at your computer getting a headache writing a letter.
Two. Prewritten letters are so easy to use even a newbie can do it. Buy a pack of letters, spend a few minutes individualizing them and you'll be able to use them over and over in rapid fire succession. You have a choice. You can spend a couple of hours writing one letter or several minutes printing out scores of them. My vote is for scores of them every time.
Three. Prewritten real estate letters are also good for veteran agents to use, too. There's false information floating around that veteran agents can't benefit from using them, but I'm here to tell you that it's not true. I've known of some agent, myself included, who drummed up a lot of business with prewritten letters. Have you used any yet?
Four. You can also build a brand using prewritten real estate letters. The more people who know you're in real estate the sooner you can establish a good foundation. And those who will start calling you to help them with their real estate needs. They'll also tell their friends about you. Phone calls are often forgotten as soon as the calls end, but letters have a way of staying around for a long time. Consequently, they'll remember you longer.
Five. Establish a niche market. With letters you can zero in on a targeted audience (step down buyers, empty nesters, investors, first time buyer, etc.) and dominate it. Frequency of contact is a big factor and prewritten letters ready for signing and mailing make it easy to establish and keep to a routine.
That's it - my five reasons for using prewritten real estate letters and how they can effectively help you grow your business and make more money. Now, go out and get some?
