Benefits of Coaching

When looking to achieve your goals it is important when reviewing your progress to constantly review, test and measure your various goals. Please refer to the book that I’ve written on goal-setting called Turning Your Goals into Reality. This is available through my website www.davidjsalmon.co.uk - all you have to do is go onto it and complete a basic enquiry form. Here are just a few areas that a number of our investors are currently working on – I’ve taken these examples from one of our recent mastermind sessions:

1. Working on current property renovation
2. Developing current website
3. Developing an HMO strategy
4. Looking at identifying an area in the North-East of England
5. Ensuring that refurbishment of current development is completed within the next two weeks, and that the property is then rented out to suitable tenants
6. Completing on new property in South London and identifying new areas in which to buy property in South West London
7. Going to a property auction and seeing how to develop this particular strategy

Some of these goals are small, some are large. It is important that the large ones are broken down into mini goals and the small ones are broken down into daily and weekly goals.

At that session we also looked at advertising – headlines in particular, and we came up with the following:

1. Struggling to get on the Housing Ladder?
2. Don’t let the Credit Crunch beat you.
3. Discovering the benefits of Rent to Own.
4. Two brand new properties available in Hastings. Phone now for an information pack 0800 (number). This was mainly to be looking at the Rent to own type scheme in order to attract people who can rent, and then buy at a later stage.

Tax Breaks and Purchasing Real Estate

By: Leon Belenky | 28/12/2009
While many potential buyers see nothing but trouble when taking out a new mortgage, there are good reasons to consider making the move toward purchasing a home. At the present moment, prices in some very desirable markets are at low points. Mortgage rates are also currently at a low. Both of these situations have resulted in an increase in home sales over the last year.

Short Sale Tips for Buyers and Sellers

By: Roby Pagong | 28/12/2009
A short sale takes place when the value of the property declines to be lesser than the remaining value of the mortgage. The homeowner decides to sell his property because he can no longer keep up with the monthly payments. In this case, the approval of the lender has to be approved. This is necessary because he has to agree to receive a discounted payment of the mortgage loan. This makes it difficult because the lender often rejects the proposal of the seller.

Car insurance today is becoming somewhat competitive, especially during mid morning tv - although I'm not sure many of Jeremy Kyle's fan following are actually fit to drive cars! Out of 50 adverts between the hours of 9.30am - 11.30 am weekdays almost 20% have been just for car insurance over the last week!

Shopping for the perfect dog bed can be frustrating. Most dog beds are made of cloth and then filled with one of a variety of materials ranging from wood chips to Styrofoam pellets.
