In this case this you couple must rent a 2 rooms apartment which in Romanian is (“ inchiriere apartament 2 camere”) or (“ chirie apartament 2 camere”) , but in this case the rents just exploded , the cheapest in a liveable apartment is 500$ which is about the bank monthly rate to buy it. Why should the couple rent and not buy an apartment, if they manage to pay for the rent why shouldn’t they be able to buy it ? I don’t have an answer for this , but we look forward to see what it happends. We hope that this situation will stop and we all can run our business.
