The Real Estate market in our country is obviously changing. Foreclosure's have been and will continue to rise drastically. For many Real estate agent's this could be a tough time. Depending on your client's and your geographical location.
But there are options -like REO's, BPO's, Short Sales and the like.
With the high number of foreclosure's and Bad Loan's, the bank's pretty much need REO agents/Broker's to help get rid of these properties. So if you are the type of person that like's to make the best out of a bad situation -REO's could be for you.
REO Online Training Programs
If you already have the Real Estate Agent skill's set, than you will undoubtedly have what it take's to complete REO offer's and what ever else is involved. But even so, it probably wouldnt hurt to get some help or online training first. I usually dont recommend buying something you dont need.
