Round Rock Texas | Information About Chisholm Valley in Round Rock Texas

These days, it seems as though an increasingly large number of people are finding themselves drawn to the Round Rock communities (about fifteen miles from Austin, Texas). What's great about this is that there's a community that is ideal for almost every type of person whether they are just starting out, have a family or are looking to downsize a bit; a place that feels like home to everyone who lives there – even if a nearby community would be less of a match.

Take, for example, Chisholm Valley. Chisholm Valley is a community that gives residents easy access to downtown Round Rock as well as I-35 that makes for an easy commute for those who are living in Round Rock and working in Austin.

Despite being close to the city, Chisholm Valley gives residents a chance to spend their time relaxing at home or spending time at the nearby Frontier Park. Rather than exclusively city landscapes, residents of Chisholm Valley will find features that make the area even more appealing.

Nearby, those who want to remain active will enjoy time spent on hiking and biking trails along with time spent playing basketball, volleyball and tennis. Others are sure to find activities that are just as satisfying to them.

For families who recognize that education is at least as important as active play, parents in the Chisholm Valley community will feel satisfied, knowing that their children will be going to school in the Round Rock Independent School District. Blue Bonnet Elementary School has been recognized for academic successes; both CD Fulkes Middle School and Round Rock High School will continue to give children the education that they need to continue to succeed. Likewise, those who are looking for a number of business and employment opportunities will find that Chisholm Valley gives them easy access to Dell, Farmers Insurance Group and other well-known employers in the area.

In part, what makes Chisholm Valley so appealing to a diverse group of individuals is the wide variety of opportunities that already exist within the area; in part, the appeal of Chisholm Valley comes from the fact that Round Rock is continuing to grow and is continually being recognized as a great place to live. In addition to current shopping opportunities at La Frontera, the Lake Line Mall and the Round Rock Prime Outlets and a variety of quality health care options that are available, a new outdoor shopping complex and medical center are planned.

In other words, the appeal of communities like Chisholm Valley will continue to grow just as the area near Round Rock Texas does. However, that does not mean that those who call Chisholm Valley home will have to worry about overcrowding or losing the space they call their own.
