Real estate properties can even sometimes be coined as cushion for some business transactions. Include in the system the term appreciation, which is the increasing of the value of an asset as time passes and the rise of a currency in an exchange rate and the term depreciation which is the opposite of the former, flow of money with the possession of such properties, make real estate investments a very risky way to generate income.

Ownership of such immobile assets create not just relief and contentment to already owners, it also creates a sense of permanence and security. It also creates a whole new network of employees ranging from investors to brokers, creating a stronger economy through additional work force and employment. It it also include the increase in taxes which is another helping hand for the economy. Thoughts of assets which has longer staying power, which has more assurance of income, obviously grants of a better future.
