Summers of Vancouver are generally sunny with moderate temperature accompanied by sea breezes. The maximum average temperature in July & August is 22 °C (72 °F) reaching 26 °C (78 °F) at times. Living in a condominium home in Vancouver has always been popular and is becoming even more desirable as the city grows.
