Another popular recipe that involves grilling chicken is the Grilled Chicken with Onion and Peach relish. This grilling chicken recipe includes peaches, lemon juice, bell pepper, curry, sweet onion, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, vinegar, fresh cilantro and six boneless and skinless chicken breasts. Completing this grilling chicken recipe involves combining the juice and peaches in a bowl, then putting the peppers and the onions in a non-stick sauce pan for stirring over low to medium heat until the vegetables have become tender. The pepper and curry should be added to the vegetables and then stirred, followed by adding the sugar and vinegar and stirring. The peach mixture should be added at the end. The final ingredients sans chicken should be added to the relish and stirred. Grilling chicken comes next, and the chicken only needs about five minutes on each side before being plated and surrounded by the delicious and colorful peach relish.
