With the Threat Level Rising the Search for Terrorism Solutions Goes on

On 911 Americans were delivered a rude awakening to the fact that terrorism had finally found its way across the Atlantic and was now a part of the American domestic landscape. Ever since that dark day, people everywhere have struggled to find solutions to the scourge of terrorism and today we find ourselves measurably safer then we were back then. Are there terrorism solutions out there that can finally eliminate the madmen that perpetrate it, or is terrorism just something that all Americans  are going to have to learn to live with?

Improved Airline Safety

The reality is that while not all progress can be made public, some solutions have already been found and implemented, which have produced noticeable results. For instance, while many people continue to complain at airline boarding stations they have completely failed to take notice that longer waits caused by new security measures have had a positive impact on over all airline safety. Jets aren't being hijacked anymore and it is all due to terrorism solutions that have been implemented at airports across the U.S.

Restrictions on Dangerous Chemicals

Also, efforts in other areas have produced results in recent years. For instance, new controls on chemicals such as ammonium nitrate have made it far more difficult for domestic terrorists to blow up buildings the way that they did the Kansas City FBI building back in the mid 1980s. On the same front, newer comprehensive restrictions on precursor chemicals have made it more difficult for narco-terrorists to provide their meth labs with the vital ingredients they need to produce their dummy-dust.

The Search Goes On

So while the search for terrorism solutions goes on, there have been successes. While the threat still exists today and most likely will for many years to come, Americans can look forward to a day sometime in the future when the actual causes of terrorism have been found and eliminated. Until then, every citizen must remain vigilant and support the government as it works to protect all Americans from this insidious threat to their personal safety.

Terrorism and America – Did the U.s. Bring it on Themselves ?

By: Jameson Geraldo | 25/07/2008 | Regulatory Compliance
We have all heard the argument. The 911 disaster was actually in response to certain things that the U.S. was doing overseas in other countries. That somehow, America deserved to have their building blown up, because the U.S. was directly, or indirectly connected to buildings in other countries exploding.
