Ending relationships for either men or women has the same emotional impact and is no less disturbing. However since this article is based on a mans perspective on the matter I will keep it in that direction so that you can best understand what needs to be done in this matter.

Sometimes a break from each other is needed in order to understand if you still want and need each other company. When you get into this state of mind you will be able to state your case and your observations so that both of you can come to a conclusion that fits both of you.
