How To Understand The Wife Husband Relationship

The non comprehension of the workings of a wife husband relationship by either of the parties is a principal reason why so many marriages today end in a divorce.  If one of the parties has even a basic knowledge of the mechanism the marriage has a chance of surviving. The couples who both have learnt how to understand the workings of a husband relationship have the best chance of having a happy marriage.

It is evident that physically, men and women are completely different from each other.  They are also mentally and emotionally very different.

Where there is a problem to be solved, we see a total variance in the conception.  Women adore talking matters through with other people. They look to their friends to give input and advice. Women will talk a lot about the problem.

The man with the problem sits down and thinks about it in his own corner and finds a solution. He believes that, when he takes on a problem, society expects him to work out a solution.  He does this without discussing the problem with others, as he considers it is not necessary.

So when you bring the woman and the man together and ask them to solve their relationship problem together, you may have a misunderstanding between the two parties.  Being a little simplistic, we find the man saying that she would do better to stop talking about the problem and get on and find a solution to it.  The women is saying that he isn’t interested in the problem because he doesn’t talk about it, where in reality he is quietly thinking out his solution.

We see that men and women tackle the same problem in completely different ways.  Women talk it over with others; they look for advice from friends and talk a lot about the problem.  They solve their problems by talking about them.   They follow all the different aspects and often find the solution while they are doing this.  On the other hand, men think about and solve their problems on their own.  If a man only talks about a problem it means he is expecting an answer.

Women tend to understand each other.  They love to discuss matters between themselves and be listened to by other women.  The others don’t say what should be done; they are just there to give passive support to a member of their own sex.

The man gives his solution and tells the woman to do the necessary; he feels he is playing the role that he believes he is expected to perform.  The women may feel ignored; she thinks he is trying to cut the conversation short and move on to another subject more interesting to him.

Certainly the models that are given above are somewhat simplistic and relationships don’t always operate in such a manner.   Some men talk over their problems with their spouse. and some women do more thinking than talking when solving a problem. The sexes, however, do tend to follow the above models in the broad lines.

Understanding these patterns may help you stop acting as you normally would.   Think about what your partner is wanting so that you can give it to them and please them. Your wife husband relationship will improve considerably.
