Your intentions are those things that you are determined to obtain in your life,
the things which you truly desire.

1. Believing: This is by far, the most important of the 9 actions. Without
belief that you can achieve that which you are manifesting, you won't have
the motivation to perform the rest of the actions here. You must believe that
what you want is truly possible.

2. Intending: You must actually and sincerely want your goals to become a
reality. You must realize that those things you want take deliberate intention
and do not occur by happenstance alone.

3. Seeing: You must see your goals coming to fruition. You must project the
actions and occurrences that lead along your path to success. You must see in
your mind the things that you desire clearly. You have to see the life you will
live and enjoy getting there to truly be able to manifest it.

4. Feeling: Allow yourself to experience the feelings and positive attitude
that you will have not just along your path of manifestation but most certainly
the feelings that you'll posses when you have those things which you are
dreaming of, the goals you will reach. Enjoy the feelings you have inside of
you as you learn to enjoy everything that you have in your life, now.

5. Saying: Say what you believe or intend to be. Say what you know you will
manifest, say the words that your heart believes and knows to be true. You
don't have to say the words out loud but you may find serenity in doing so.
As long as the words come from your heart, you will achieve your goals.

6. Focusing: You must take ample time to think of those things which you are
manifesting and focus on the manifestation, itself. Remember to constantly
remind yourself of what you want, why you want it, and how you will feel when
you get it!

7. Doing: This is one of the most important steps of manifestation. You must do
what you can to lead to the outcome you are manifesting. By works and deeds,
you must play an active role in the manifestation of your goals.

8. Giving: You must give the world around you something, something precious,
something valuable, although it need not necessarily be material or monetary.
You can give of your time, your love, your helping hand. Give others what you
have and share your joy with them.

9. Appreciating: Many times, we forget to be thankful for what we have, even
if it's not what we want. You must appreciate and savor everything you are
blessed to have and appreciate every step you take on your path through life.
