Before dealing with the topic of the "New" in Quran versus Bible versus sciences, it is mandatory to remember that the total words in the Bible are 788,280 while the total words in the Quran are 77,473. It follows that, the Bible is more than 10 times the Quran word-wise.
"New" is mentioned 136 times in the Bible and eight times in the Quran, i.e. the Bible mentions "New" 17 times more than the Quran
In other words, the Bible has the potential of more than 10 times (word-wise) and 17 times (subject-wise) than the Quran to talk about "New"
"New" in the Bible:
In the Bible, The Lord says: "I will do a new thing, new things do I declare, I have shewed thee new things from this time" and the Bible says that the Lord hath created a new thing in the earth, all things are become new, they are new every morning. However, the Bible declares that there is no new thing under the sun.
In addition, many things are "New" in the Bible and they are: Wine, Moon, Moons, Meat, Cart, Song, Testament, Man, Jerusalem, Garment, Heavens, Earth, House, Ropes Commandment, Gate, Covenant, Spirit, Cloth, Name, King, Wife, Cords, Jawbone of an ass, Sword, Cruse, Court, Way, Timber, Instrument, Tomb, Tongues, Sepulcher, Lump, Creature, and Newborn.
"New" Thing(s):
The Lord says: "I will do a new thing, new things do I declare, I have shewed thee new things from this time" and the Bible says that the Lord hath created a new thing in the earth, all things are become new, they are new every morning. However, the Bible declares that there is no new thing under the sun.
The Lord is always making "New" things:
Isaiah 42:9 …new things do I declare…
Isaiah 43:19 …I will do a new thing…

Jeremiah 31:22 …the Lord hath created a new thing in the earth,

However, the Bible says that there is no new thing under the sun.
Ecclesiastes 1:9
The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
Ecclesiastes 1:10
Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.
What if some men have provoked the Lord?
Numbers 16:30
But if the Lord make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the Lord.

"New" in the Quran:
The Quran says that Allah can easily replace mankind with a New Creation. Then the Quran uses "New" in a deep theological meaning that is the Afterlife and meeting the Lord, the Almighty Creator.
The Ignorant Unbeliever Arabs denied the Afterlife and put some questions about it, the Quran provides the answer for their questions, gives the outcome of the Unbelievers who deny the Afterlife and grants a Reward for them
Allah can easily replace mankind with a New Creation:
14:19
do you not see that Allah has created the heavens and the earth with truth? if he will, he can remove you and bring (in your place) a new creation?
35:15-16
[15] o mankind! You are the poor in your relation to Allah. it is you who are in need of Allah. and Allah! he is the absolute, the rich, the self-sufficient, the one free of all wants, worthy of all praise.
[16] if he will, he can take you off and bring (instead of you) a new creation.
What the Ignorant Unbeliever Arabs Said about the Afterlife:
17:49
they say: "what! when we are reduced (turned to) to bones, and dust (broken bits and decayed particles), shall we really be raised up, being a new creation?
32:10
and they say: "what! when we have become destroyed and lost, in the earth, shall we indeed be in a creation renewed? Nay, they deny, they are disbelievers in the meeting with their lord.
34:7
the unbelievers say: 'shall we show you a man who will tell you that when you have become dispersed and have been utterly torn into pieces you will be raised in a new creation?
This is the answer for their question:
50:15
Were we then getting tired or fatigued with the first creation? No, indeed; yet they are confused and in doubt about a new creation.
And this is the outcome of the Unbelievers:
13:5
if you would wonder, then wondrous is their saying: 'when we are dust, shall we be raised to life again, a new creation? ' such are those who disbelieve in their lord. their necks shall be fettered. they shall be the inhabitants of the fire, in it they shall dwell and live for ever.
What a Reward!
17:98
that is their reward (recompense) because they disbelieved our revelations and said: when we are bones and fragments shall we, forsooth, be raised up as a new creation?

The Last Verse in Bible Versus Quran - Chapter (34) By: Prof.dr. Ibrahim Khalil | 27/11/2007 | Religion The Last verse in chapter (34) of the Old Testament (and verses 25-30) is talking about Shechem, the son of Hamor, he loved Dinah the daughter of Jacob very much and wanted to marry her and was willing to do whatever Jacob commanded him! What was the result? The sons of Jacob, took their swords, and came upon the city boldly, slew Hamor and Shechem, slew all the males and spoiled the city and took the sheep, the oxen, the asses, and that which was in the city, and that which was in the field, and took all their wealth, and all their little ones, and their wives took they captive, and spoiled even all that was in the houses. Had Hitler done like that?
The Last verse in chapter (34) of the New Testament talks about all the sick in the streets that touched Jesus was healed.
The Last verse in chapter (34) of the Noble Quran talks about a barrier is set between the disbelievers and what they crave, in the way of faith just as was done with their counterparts formerly i.e., before them.
Indeed they used to be in hopeless doubt, causing them to have misgivings about that in which they now believe. They were in manifest doubt about the Creator of the heavens and the earth. And Allah knows best the all the hidden secrets.
Also, it is said that, when they die, the disbelievers crave to be believers to avoid the horrible fate that is waiting for them. But a barrier is set between them and what they crave. This meaning is not found in the Bible.
What Do the Bible and Quran Say About the Evil Doers Who Deserve Woes? By: Prof.dr. Ibrahim Khalil | 29/06/2007 | Free When talking about the evil doers who deserve Woes, the Bible sets 14 strange ideas and six beautiful concepts. The strange ideas are: 1) Slay all her bullocks; let them go down to the slaughter, 2) Woe unto him that saith unto his father, what begettest thou, 3) Woe to who hath wounds without cause? Who hath redness of eyes? And go to seek mixed wine, 4) Woe to him that is alone when he falleth, 5) Woe to the land, when the king is a child, and the princes eat in the morning!, 6) Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, 7) Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, 8) Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, 9) Woe unto him that gives his neighbor drink, 10) Woe unto him that saith to the wood, Awake, 11) Woe unto you that are rich!, 12) Woe unto you that are full!, 13) Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! And 14) the day of the Lord is darkness, and not light. The six beautiful concepts are 1) Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the Lord, 2) Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!, 3) Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!, 4) Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!, 5) Woe to him that buildeth a town with blood and iniquity! And 6) many are the woes of the wicked.
On the other hand, the Quran sets Two Scientific questions for the evil doers:1) Who create you? And 2) Who have made the interior of the earth a grave for both the living and the dead? We all know that the interior of the earth is a grave for the dead. However, the interior of the earth is a grave also for the livings! Do you know that one gram of the soil contains many millions of Living Bacteria? This is what the today sciences say! Also the Quran says that throughout the history, man used to mock every Messenger that Allah sent to them. Then the Quran cites: 1) Woe to the liars and falsehood-mongers who do not believe in the Day of Judgment and Justice! And in the Hell and Heavens! 2) Woe unto him that does not believe in the Quran because the Quran is the truth and is not a falsehood, and hence, 3) be ready for that Day!
