Healing Affirmations

In Acts 10:34 we are told that God is no respecter of persons and if you can really grab hold of this you quickly realize that what God has done for others he can also do for you. It is not as though someone is more worthy than you because all of us have fallen short of the glory of God. It is only by God's abundant mercy and grace that we receive of his wonderful goodness.

So the first thing to realize is that you are exactly the same as everyone else and you are just as worthy or unworthy as anyone else who has received healing. The most important thing you can do is believe from your heart that God through Jesus Christ is well able to do this thing. Matthew 9:28 Believe ye that I am able to do this?

So it is not whether or not you are worthy enough it is whether or not you believe and this is where healing affirmations from the Bible can help you. Faith (believing from your heart) comes from hearing and hearing comes from the word of God.

There is no better healing affirmation then the word of God itself. Go through every scripture related to healing and print them out and read them and re-read them. Sow them into your heart and be wonderfully uplifted by all of the healings Jesus performed. Stick healing verses beside your bed so they are the first thing you look at in the morning and the last thing you see at night. Stick them in frames around the house, on the fridge door and even on the back of the dunny door so every time you sit down you are reminded of God's amazing healing power.

The word of God can totally change your life.

Psalm 107:20
He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

God has sent his word and I will receive his word and be healed

3 John 1:2
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

God wants me prosper and to be in good health

Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

Acts 28:27

More healing affirmation examples:

I chose to believe because all things are possible to his believers (Mar 9:23)
I will not be afraid because the only thing I need to be made whole is to believe (Luke 8:50)
I chose to believe and Jesus will help my unbelief (Mar 9:24)
I will not doubt in my heart and I do believe that the things I say shall come to pass and I know that I will have whatever I said. (Mar 11:23)

Finally friends read all of the accounts in the gospels how Jesus healed the sick. There was nothing he could not cure. He was moved with compassion and it was his will to heal the sick and set the captives free.
