I am trying to assist an old friend, who has fallen on hard times and who has a collection of old 78 rpm records, WHICH HE MUST SELL.
One record in particular is:
"The Ragtime Drummer" by James I. Lent accompanied by Pryor's Band
Victor (Bat Wing) # 17092 The Condition of the record is (E +)
The reverse side is "Iffa-Saffa-Dill", a Xylophone solo, with orchestra performed by William H. Reitz
Would very much appreciate any help you can offer me on the sale of this record.

Can a landlord give you an eviction notice when you have made a verbal agreement with him to pay a non-specific amount of monies weekly to get caught up on your rent and payments are being made? Lets say you pay a payment on Sat. and he decides to give you an eviction notice on Monday. Is that legal after a verbal agreement is made and a weekly payment has been given on that Sat
