Richard Roberts is a man on fire for God and filled with the compassion of the Lord Jesus Christ for sick and hurting people. His meetings across the United States and around the world are marked by a tremendous move of the Holy Spirit, resulting in all types of physical, mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual healings. Richard says, "Christ was born to step into this world to bring healing and deliverance, and that's the call of God upon my own life-to reach out to people during their trou
Wait a minute. Now I announced it, there it is, right there, the bottom one.
This is what this girl called the program. I'm glad you kept that in my Bible. She said,'Thank you for an inspiring Holy Spirit filled, solid and up to heaven program.' Praise God, I like that. Solid and up to heaven. Down to earth and up to heaven. Heaven came down. And I believe that's's appropriate for this song,'Heaven Came Down' and glory filled my soul. Let's welcome the Oral Roberts University vocalists.
I remind you if you would like to have that record, you can write me, Richard Roberts, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Or you can call the abundant Life Prayer Group, plant a seed for the record or the cassette and I can send it to you. And also to remind you if you have got a prayer request, call the abounding Life Prayer Group right now. Let us know what your name is, what your request is, and I'll pray. I'll believe and I could expect something to happen to you, something good to happen to you. At the moment I need to introduce my very guest stars today, Ken and Lynette Hagin.
Ken, God bless you. Lynette, bless you. Ken and Lynette, something very unusual occurred in your own family two years ago that involved your child Craig and concerned the city of faith. Would you share what happened and go into the main points of it and let people know the bad side and what God did about it, how God turned it around.
All right, I'm going to let her talk first. You start, Lynette. Well, we attended the dedication of the town of religion in 1981. And we believed it was such a superb thing to have an infirmary, you know, with prayer and medicine together. And little do we all know that October, that two years later in Jan that we, that our son would be a patient at the hospice. Do you need to inform him, you were the one that uncovered.
Well, I discovered Craig on a tuesday morning. He had screamed real loud, one of those'Daddy' sort of calls, but you know distress. Now how old was Craig at the time? Let's see, 2 years, he was 13.
And at four o'clock in the morning it came ringing through the intercom from his bedroom and I You knew it was one of those kind of screams that meant, get out of bed and get in there fast.
we are looking for a similar sort of a nurse, a nurse who wants to be part of a healing team. We are definitely a healing team at the city of faith. It's as important what Melanie does or David does as it is what I do. It isn't important that I am a surgeon, she's's a nurse, or David is a prayer partner. What's important is that we are a team connected together through the love of The Lord God to deliver all of the Lord God's healing power to you as a patient.
So if you are a nurse or maybe you're a minister who really feels called to do something else, or a surgeon, this is a place where you can do something else. You can minister to the entire person. We want you to come and join us. You can call the Prayer Group and give them your number and they'll get it to me or they will get it to the nurse inducting group or they'll get it to Duie Jernigan in charge of the prayer partners. We are creating a difference in peoples's lives and we need you to come join us.
Praise God for that. Somebody is receiving a healing in your right wrist, even now while we are chatting. The tradition of God is SU03 moving in this program today. My special guests today are Ken and Lynette Hagin. Ken and Lynette's boy Craig had a superb experience thru prayer and medicine here at the city of faith, and I am going to ask them to share that story, a real life testimony of what God did for a young man here at the town of religion.
Jim and Melanie and David, God bless you. At the moment I am going to introduce the Oral Roberts University vocalists who are going to minister in song. And they go, what are you going to sing? Can't hear you? 'Heaven Came Down.' Lindsay, what did that girl say in her letter yesterday, she claimed,'I watched', I'm wishing I had a copy of that. 'I studied your program and', do you have it in my Bible?

Living On The Edge
By: Rabbi Simcha Weinberg | 01/12/2009Standing on the corner of 95th and Broadway, I had a perfect opportunity to observe peoples’ faces. I love the fact that New York provides a glimpse of people from all over the world. I tried counting how many different countries were represented by the people climbing up from the subway, when I noticed that no matter where these people came from, they had assumed the New York Face: no one was smiling. People didn’t look happy.

Is being a spiritual person like being religious? Should I leave my church or renounce my faith if I want to be more spiritual? Do I have to give up my personal possessions if I want to be a spiritual person? Will I have to give up my friends? What do spiritual people do for fun?

The Definition of Real Success in Life
By: Matthew Toone | 28/11/2009Your success in life is not determined by the education obtained, institutions attended, career accomplishments, awards won, or the wealth you acquire. Real success in life is solely determined on who you become, the character and attributes you develop, the people you help, and whether or not at the end of the day you were true to the most important priorities in life – namely: God & Family.
